The problem seems to be related to Python 3.10. Only the last version of version 5.3 is able to start. if you type in a terminal pip install -U spyder
spyder 5.3 starts and you can work again Obviously, I did not test the stability for many programs, but it seems reasonable. At least, Spyder is available again.
