Public bug reported:
Since April 9 or shortly after (last success was Apr 8), the day snapd
2.55.3 was released, `chronic autopkgtest-build-lxd ubuntu-daily:jammy`
fails, it seems snapd.seeded.service does not finish.
Not running the container in chronic seems to work, except that, when it
tries to remove snapd, we get:
