Public bug reported:

pyhoca-cli 0.6.1.2-1 contains a reference to a variable before
assignment, which break session resume.

This is fixed in the pyhoca-cli 0.6.1.2-2 package in Debian using this
patch: https://sources.debian.org/patches/pyhoca-
cli/0.6.1.2-2/0001_pyhoca-cli-frontend.py-Fix-reference-before-
assignme.patch/

Please could this be applied to the Ubuntu package as it causes use of
pyhoca-cli for session resumption to fail with an `UnboundLocalError`
error due to using the `available_sessions` variable before it is set.

** Affects: pyhoca-cli (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
