Update-manager crashed - fatal -
Updating Ubuntu Focal 20.04.4 to Ubuntu Jammy 22.04 the upgrader crashed -
about 75% through the upgrade the system crashed and screen went blank - cursor
hung - blinking in upper left hand corner -
no error messages -
Tried to rebort and received message "Oh no! Something has gone wrong."
