This feels fairly straightforward. As this is to fix issues with current
php packages in -proposed, I'd say let's go for it. Normally I'd require
some build logs/installability logs, but in case of a package like this
- I'll let it through as is. But please sync ASAP and make sure it
doesn't regress any php packages that use dh-php.
