Just to be clear, is the libtpms issue caused by libtpm2-tss not
supporting OpenSSL 3.0 or is it just that it *also* doesn't support
OpenSSL 3.0? If it's the latter, I'd rather track this in another bug.
If it's the former, the latest libtpm2-tss libraries have just migrated,
and its reverse-dependencies should thus have been fixed.
