A temporary solution can be downloaded here: http://dg.lapas.info/share/paketai/systemsettings-guidance-lt-problem-fix.tar.gz See the inside of the archive for fix instructions. I have previously uploaded a correct version of guidance.po file to launchpad translations (the file is this: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/kde- guidance/+pots/desktop-kde-guidance/lt/), however, it disappeared.
