Hi Raghavendra, First of all, thank you for your effort tying to make things forward. I'm afraid devstack works in this specific case because devstack pulls Cinder from git repository directly instead of using Ubuntu's binary packages (.deb basically) if I'm not mistaken. This validation requires using deb packages proposed in specific repository pockets.
