This might have been caused by my system running so slow due to the other bug I'm having with tracker-miner consuming all CPU: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker-miners/+bug/1961540
The system was so sluggish on resuming and the Dock took forever to realign.
