Public bug reported:
When I connect my Olympus camera to the USB of my PC a new icon USB Mass
stroage interface is added to the desktop. When I try to download the
pictures with digikam I receive a message stating that it is impossible
to list the files in /
Here is the output of lsusb:
Bus 005 Device 011: ID 07b4:0109 Olympus Optical Co., Ltd
Also from the desktop it's impossible to access to the camera. It looks like
the camera filesystem is not mounted at all.
Maybe the problem is in hal that doesn't attempt to mount it nor to provide any
dialog.
Before upgrade to Kubuntu Gutsy the camera worked fine
