I disagree with the sync. Dapper has scim-bridge package, which builds a single binary package scim-bridge. Now the Debian package builds four binary packages, none of which is named scim-bridge, while overwriting files used to be shipped by dapper's scim-bridge. Without proper Conflicts/Replaces relationship, dapper->hardy upgrades will be broken.
