After checking how checkbox run fwts and getting feedback from Kent, I think
having fwts following the policy set in /sys/power/mem_sleep is a good idea.
Defaulting to S3 will cause certification a lot of issues considering all new
laptops will only come with support for s2idle.
What I'd like to avoid is telling via a checkbox manifest entry which suspend
method to use, that won't scale.
My proposal is then to revert the commit from
https://bugs.launchpad.net/fwts/+bug/1956914/comments/3
