OK I have it. It is a bug related to KDE. I created a new user and I logged in. Bug disappears. Even delating my .kde directory all returns to function. I don't know where bug is exactly located but surely in .kde directory. Bug is therefore not related to Evolution but to KDE settings. Hope someone would correct it in next releases.
