Public bug reported: Jammy 22.04 testing - Kubuntu was already installed. I auto-resized to install Ubuntu MATE alongside it, and rebooting no boot option, or GRUB option to boot to Kubuntu existed. I even tried sudo update-grub but stil nothing.
