Both the following shall fix the issue a priori:

and
Bug 1727938 Comment 16

But it is hard to tell as the local home calendar empty issue upon upgrade is 
very hard to reproduce at will.
Only an affected user waiting for available update could confirm.

Also it remain unclear why the following error appeared in the first
place nor if any of the patch would fix the issue other than a
workaround/band-aid...
