Same here on a Dell inspiron 530 DT Yesterday I’ll be able to do the install with the alternate cd (normal install cd didn’t work, I should be suspicious).
After the install the « reboot » function don’t work. But the « Halt » and, then, boot work. This morning, same error as the other. The « safemode » boot work. I change the bios setup to RAID and I’ll be able to boot… Hope it still work tomorrow ! Thank’s everybody.
