Thank you for reporting this bug to Ubuntu. I'm changing package from `ubuntu-release-upgrader` (which is used to upgrade your system from one release (eg. 21.10) to a later release (eg. 22.04); your system indicates you're using the same release as was installed & haven't used the tool.
It's been changed to the 'linux' kernel; the closest fit I an think of. Alas few details currently exist (as bug was filed on the release- upgrade tool); so you may be asked to provide more details.
