Steve and Chad: I just finished a manual test of: 1. Disabling ua-messaging.timer 2. In a chroot, upgrade ubuntu-advantage-tools 3. Check if ua-timer.timer was disabled
With the current upload this is unsuccessful, as Steve has predicted. With our proposed change (https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-advantage- client/commit/2d7da9e5ab3d1ed482c6c8f1f8be3bba7e403b40), then it is successful.
