Public bug reported: This weekend (Oct 17, 2021) Ubuntu was ugraded and since then I can no longer hold down my touchpad and slide the touchpad to select things. The touchpad works OK when no button is pressed and the button works fine, but when the button is held down the moving around events are ignored.
Attached is evtest file showing the events when touchpad held down and finger moved across the touchpad to move the mouse pointer - but it doesn't move!
