Just installed Ubuntu 21.10 and one functionality bug is very visible:
Shutter,VNC Connect, OBS Studio, nVidia Optimus icons in the tray area
do not show unless we have the mouse over them. The interaction works,
but the icons are invisible in normal mode. This is both in X11 and
Wayland. I have attached 2 screenshots that exemplify this.
