Did disabling the Canonical repositories fix the problem? If not, please
provide more information. As far as I know, Canonical changed it's
repositories from "commercial" to "partner" in Gutsy, probably causing
the error. Perhaps the upgrade tool should also disable Canonical's
repositories along with other 3rd-party repositories while upgrading.
