Hello, I can confirm that with the dwarves package in proposed (1.21-0ubuntu1~20.04) I can successfully build the Ubuntu mainline kernel from source (tested version 5.13.19) using git commit from: https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v5.13.19/
