Not few, but believe most install libssl1.0-dev or give up. If one look at stack-exchange and similar networks the issue (and it's family tree) has tens of thousands of views and there is a huge list of issues on sites like github for various projects. In addition a long range of blog posts and other writings on the issue. Also see: https://github.com/nodejs/TSC/blob/main/OpenSSL-Strategy.md The *launchpad* system for *affecting-me* requires login and guess not that many have an account or never end up here. A *views* counter would likely give more of a hint to the volume.
