Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report. At first, this report led me to believe it was somewhat similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/clamav/+bug/1925182.
However, it seems that in this case, From your clamav-damon postinst error, the /var/log/clamav directory is not available. Setting up clamav-daemon (0.103.2+dfsg-0ubuntu0.20.04.2) ... touch: no se puede efectuar `touch' sobre '/var/log/clamav/clamav.log': No existe el archivo o el directorio The /var/log/clamav is created and owned by the clamav-base package. Have you manually removed such directory? Could you confirm the directory is indeed not available in your system? Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I am marking this bug as 'Incomplete'. However, if you believe that this is really a bug in Ubuntu, then we would be grateful if you would provide a more complete description of the problem with steps to reproduce, explain why you believe this is a bug in Ubuntu rather than a problem specific to your system, and then change the bug status back to "New".
