    - Fix aliases generation.
      We were not matching some of the aliases because of some missing
      zeroes in the subdevice and subvendor ids.

    - Fix aliases generation for runtimepm.
      We were not matching some of the aliases because of some missing
      zeroes in the subdevice and subvendor ids.
