I'm facing this issue on an HP Omen laptop 15ek0018tx. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64 bit. Even if I switch off airplane mode, it turns on when I restart. On switching off airplane mode, Bluetooth annoyingly becomes active. Please fix this to be able to permanently switch off airplane mode and Bluetooth (and any other such settings). https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/1781049
