Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
Bug reporting is mostly about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future users from hitting the same bug. I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709 (I don't see what issue you're having issues with, however I do note a PPA or 3rd party source that does NOT provide support for Ubuntu 20.04 LTS thus error is expected; that source should not have been added to a focal/20.04 system) I've changed this bug status to "Incomplete" as I see evidence of user error (user adding a 3rd party source that doesn't support the release being used). If you believe I'm in error, you can leave a message explaining why and change the status back to "New". ** Changed in: apt (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1942122 Title: Getting error, without help information, how to fix that problem.
