** Description changed: Given that I am using Google Chrome (updated to 25/08/2021) and I try to take a selected screenshot, using the command Ctrl + Shift + PrintScreen. While the website visited is displaying dropdown options (after clicking an html selector which displays options). Then the mouse can't click on any icon except the current opened windows "minimize" button.
