Not sure I can add here as on 10.15.7 macOS However, there is some familiarity on this issue. I seem to recall having similer situ a few versions of TB back AND macOS, maybe that version. At the time I think i srted by setting the profile window at startup to appear and so I could then choose an existing profile already set - think I also copied one profile to another directory (folder) and renamed it and chose that from the Profile window
