Public bug reported:

I'm on a Dell XPS 13 9350 (i7-6500U, Mesa Intel HD Graphics 520 SKL GT2) Ubuntu
20.04.3. Since kernel update the internal laptop display goes dark, external
one works fine, which is attached via USB-C Port).
When I boot with kernel 5.8 internal display is back to normal.
