Tested the kernel provided now and it seems to still act the same. Attaching GIF with output of the `watch -n0 cat /proc/interrupts` command.
I also tried switching the sleep mode back to the default (S0ix) yesterday and this seems to work a lot better with 5.13 kernels than the 5.11 one and preserves battery very well now.
