Who is responsible for bugs/errors/mistakes in the code you bundle for a distro? Bugs can be in the included data as well as the code. Does anyone take responsibility?
Is the Software Boutique part of Ubuntu 20.04 or part of Ubuntu MATE 20.04. Response is standard trying to find reason NOT to do anything.
