Public bug reported:

I tried to install Ubuntu 18 on a PC with 2 drives: a HD with Windows 7
and a SSD drive on which I wanted to install Ubuntu.

I had a partition with a lot of space on the SSD drive, shown as SDB in
the installer. I chose this but ubi-partman crashed. There is a message
box, but no message is being displayed.
