Hi xcom, Ubuntu 20.10 (kernel 5.8) reached its EOL (https://ubuntu.com/about/release-cycle#ubuntu-kernel-release-cycle); as a result, the SRU patch was not merged into 5.8 (https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/kernel-team/2021-July/122465.html).
I built a test kernel 5.8 with the patch.
