There were no outputs by `ubuntu-drivers list-oem` before using focal-proposed.
After using focal-proposed, `ubuntu-drivers list-oem` shows
oem-somerville-gendry-meta.
When I executed `sudo ubuntu-drivers install`, it will install
oem-somerville-gendry-meta 20.04~ubuntu1 from focal-proposed/main, and then
upgrade to oem-somerville-gendry-meta 20.04ubuntu4 from
"http://dell.archive.canonical.com focal/somerville-gendry".
After I reboot the system, the system boots by linux-image-5.8.0-61-generic
that meets our expectation.
Some log for the test. https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/q5brSq22Tr/
