Public bug reported:

I have just upgraded to 20.04, and now dillo doesn't work.
When I run "dillo" it complains:
dillo: error while loading shared libraries:
libmbedtls.so.10: cannot open shared object file:
    No such file or directory

The libmbedtls in my system is now /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/libmbedtls.so.12

Running apt-file find libmvedtls.so.10 doesn't tell me a package I can
install to work around this.

I assume that all that is required is to compile dillo from source, but
my understanding is that that would require me to meet all dependencies
manually.
