I have found workaround to get LAN working. On Ubuntu kernel 5.11.0-18-generic if i boot up system and log in - LAN is not working correctly - CRC errors etc. If laptop is put into hibernate (save to swap partition), then turned on and system state restored from hibernation, LAN adapter is working as expected without any errors.
