Public bug reported:
MC 4.8.19 (current version in 18.04 LTS) has a number of bugs that affect
usability and have been fixed in 4.8.20

In particular, http://midnight-commander.org/ticket/3815 (Cannot return from
QuickView panel) and http://midnight-commander.org/ticket/3816 (F10 doesn't
work in QuickView) make the quick view unusable without mouse.
