sm/geonkick/commit/0ec36f4ef9b37053e0feb60937112c247ca3b310 the code for
redkite is now included in geonkick, which is the only project that was
using it.
As such, since redkite was only used by geonkick, redkite now has no use
being a separate package and can be removed.
