The specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem. 2. The behavior you expected. 3. The behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible). Please also ensure that you include the release and flavour of Ubuntu that you are using. Thank you! (You've tagged it being related to ubuntu-release-upgrader, however your installation media was 21.04 (hirsute) and thus the only upgrade from there is to impish, where I see no attempt to upgrade to impish. when did you try to upgrade to impish? why not use impish install media given you installed only 4 days ago? drecut? you mention a number of things that aren't used by Ubuntu, even if used by other open source projects. sorry your report appears unclear) Maybe a Support site would be more appropriate, eg. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu.
