It's debug log doesn't say anything about IP addresses being set, which is unfortunate. So here's a couple of oddities(?) / shots in the dark: (1) Mario's config file has no "renderer" statement - maybe add one? (2) "version: 2" appears at the end - that's what netplan, according to its log, does anyway - but on my system, that's at the top of the file, not at the end. Maybe move it up? I.e. my config file looks like this: network: version: 2 renderer: networkd ethernets: (3) enP53p0s0.171 is the final interface listed in the config file. Can you move to a different position to check if that makes a difference?
