Yes, they were included in the package twice. Once in debian/flashrom.udev and once in util/z60_flashrom.rules. The debian/flashrom.udev was causing a lintian warning, so I removed that and added a section to meson.build that installs z60_flashrom.rules to the correct location in a way that doesn't cause a lintian warning. However, it seems that change to meson.build did not get included in that last patch somehow. I will investigate and add another patch.
