Hello Robert and thanks for this bug report. The attached logs show
errors like:
Cannot stat file /proc/4232/fd/5: Permission denied
Cannot stat file /proc/4232/fd/6: Permission denied
Cannot stat file /proc/4232/fd/7: Permission denied
Cannot stat file /proc/4232/fd/8: Permission denied
happening during the upgrade process of mysql-server-8.0. These are
pretty strange and the problem is not reproducible from a fresh install.
Without steps to reproduce the problem, there is little that can be done
on this bug. I'll mark this bug as Incomplete for now, pending someone
else confirming that it is a bug or unless someone can provide steps to
reproduce.
