This issue seems to only occur when there are more than one category of updates (Such as "Security updates" and "Other updates").
STEPS TO REPRODUCE ------------------ This issue occurs on Ubuntu 20.04 thru 21.04. Ubuntu 20.04 version is over a year old, and there are both "Security" and "Other" updates available, so it is a good environment to reproduce this issue... 1. Boot into 21.04 Live ISO 2. Open Software Updater 3. Notice that Notice that the "Security updates" checkbox is cropped. 4.
