@Koba, I have tested kernel 5.10.0-1025lpv1912057i. After boot cat /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000\:58\:00.0/d3cold_allowed showed "0". After suspend/resume power consumption is the same as before and ASPM L1 is enabled for NVMe. I have attached dmesg.
