First, thanks for good comments Brian....

I have a complete business support in DELL, and I called them friday to tell 
them about the problem. Here is their solution :
"We're coming to replace your HD".

So, at least in the Business support, they do not consider the problem !
Pretty strange when we know that they sell some of their computer with
Ubuntu or Red Hat on it !

I should test (if I have time during christmas) to exhange my HD from my old 
computer (which is not suffuring the bug) with the new one in the DELL. I would 
like to see if on it I can manage to "ugly fix" it or if there is a problem at 
all.
This could tell us if some HD are completely out of control (I mean, we cannot 
change the behavior).
