Public bug reported:

do-release-upgrade (from 18.04 to 20.04) stops while trying to install
python-is-python2

It says it failed to remove python-minimal and libpython-stdlib (bionic
version 2.7.15~rc1-1 are installed)

I tried to look in details the content of the apt.log file but was not
able to find what could be the problematic package. I do not know if it
is specific of my setup.
