I'm considering switching the installer back to Ubiquity on Studio for
21.10 and submitting some merge requests to make the Qt version of
Ubiquity not hardcoded to Kubuntu, as is currently the case, which is
the reason we went to Calamares in the first place. This will require
introducing a config file, but I digress.

Basically, the mechanism is this: with Ubiquity, we'd be presented the
Ubiquity Display Manager upon boot allowing one to "Test Ubuntu Studio"
or "Install Ubuntu Studio" (without the live session). Calamares doesn't
provide a DM, so it goes straight to the live session. This is also the
case with Lubuntu.
