Public bug reported: System76 Oryx Pro with NVidia RTX2060, issue occurred while on Intel graphics. Slightly older ROS is installed and acknowledged there might be version issues after upgrade. main.log reports issue with `python- dev` which is unexpected. I rarely use Python (JuliaLang fan instead). I'm pretty religious about local vs system wide installs of software. Very few PPAs installed, so don't believe that is the issue.
