Your "video card" appears to be an integrated Intel GPU. There is no
driver to install for Intel, it's always installed.

But I notice you have booted in recovery mode with the "recovery
nomodeset" kernel parameters. Those parameters will disable the graphics
driver. You just need to boot in normal mode, not recovery mode.
